Subscription Plans
Chefrson offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans (Chefrson Starter and Chefrson Pro) are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all paid features until your subscription expires
- Your account reverts to the free plan after the billing period ends
- Your recipes, inventory data, and saved cookbooks are preserved on the free plan
Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue preventing access to paid features, we will issue a full refund for the affected period.
- Annual plans: For annual subscriptions, refund requests made after the 7-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, prorated for the unused portion.
